Scott Fountain "Born and raised in the North Georgia Mountains, My love for Real Estate started at a very early age. I bought my first rental property at the age of 18 and became a licensed Real Estate agent at 22. From that point though the next 20 years, I have been involved in many aspects of the Real Estate industry. Representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sell of primary residences, second homes, commercial property, investment properties and land. I co-owned Exit Realty in Blue Ridge, as well as building spec and custom cabins. I am also very knowledgeable in marketing, having owned AyJacks Publishing LLC, which included a printing company and magazines in Georgia and Florida. With all of  this real world experience, I am a wealth of knowledge in the North Georgia Mountains.
